After-Sales Logistics & Procurement Coordinator (M/F)

Location: Périgny (17), France
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Full-time / Permanent (CDI)

 

About the Company

A legacy player in the yachting industry, Chantiers AMEL has been designing, manufacturing, and marketing high-end monohull sailboats for nearly 60 years.

Based in Périgny (Charente-Maritime), the production site and headquarters bring together 140 passionate employees. Each year, the shipyard builds approximately twenty yachts, world-renowned for their quality, reliability, and sailing comfort.

As part of the evolution of the After-Sales Department (SAV), a key position is being created at the heart of technical and logistical flows.


The Mission

You will ensure the availability, technical consistency, and economic optimization of parts, equipment, and services for the After-Sales Department.

Acting as the primary interface between customers, technicians, suppliers, production, and the purchasing department, you will guarantee seamless flow management, from part creation to final shipping.


Key Responsibilities

  • ERP Management: Create and manage after-sales items (references, kits, bills of materials).
  • Purchasing & Procurement: Source and supply parts and equipment for the After-Sales Department.
  • Workflow Oversight: Monitor the entire chain: Customer Order → Supplier/Production → Delivery.
  • Technical Support: Provide Tier 1 technical support to after-sales technicians.
  • Inventory Management: Manage three after-sales stocks (La Rochelle, Hyères, and Martinique) and associated flows.
  • Internal Coordination: Liaise with the production team for custom or specific parts.
  • Logistics: Organize domestic and international shipments.
  • Quoting: Prepare customer quotes (parts, internal manufacturing, freight, etc.).
  • Subcontracting: Occasionally manage technical subcontractors.
 
 

Candidate Profile

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Purchasing, or Supply Chain (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience: Proven track record in a technical industrial environment (aerospace, automotive, marine, etc.).
  • Skills: Proficient with ERP systems and logistics workflows.
  • Competencies: Ability to understand technical data and manage priorities effectively.
  • Qualities: Rigorous, autonomous, service-oriented, with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Languages: Fluent in English.
  • Mobility: Occasional travel within France and/or abroad.

MENUISIER DE FABRICATION H/F

Acteur historique des industries nautiques, les Chantiers AMEL conçoivent, fabriquent et commercialisent des voiliers monocoques haut de gamme depuis plus de 50 ans.

Le site de production basé à Périgny rassemble 140 personnes pour livrer chaque année une vingtaine d’unités reconnues pour leur qualité de fabrication, leur fiabilité et leur confort à bord quelles que soient les conditions de navigation

Nous recherchons, pour notre site de production :

UN/E MENUISIER DE FABRICATION

Sous la responsabilité du chef d’équipe, vous serez amené/e à effectuer les tâches suivantes, en majeure partie en atelier, à l’établi :

  • Débit de bois massif ou de contreplaqué
  • Fabrication de pièces et assemblage des composants
  • Finition (placage de chants, ponçage),
  • Ferrage (montage de la quincaillerie, ponçage et traitement des jonctions).

Dans le cadre de votre mission, vous pourrez être amené/e à réaliser des missions connexes en relation avec votre mission initiale.

PROFIL

Pour ce poste, au-delà de votre formation technique CAP / BEP / ou Bac pro menuisier, vous avez une expérience probante dans la menuiserie de fabrication.
