Manon Pianazza, one of the hopes of French sailing, has just returned from a tough competition at the European Windsurfing Championships in Greece. The championship was marked by powerful winds and demanding physical tests, but Manon managed to stand out from the crowd and take a respectable 37th place.
The young athlete is proud of having pushed her limits in the face of the violent winds that characterized the first days of the competition. Despite her less-than-satisfactory final position, Manon’s determination is undiminished and she is already focused on her next objectives.
Manon Pianazza has qualified for the next major event of the season: the Senior World Championship to be held in the Netherlands in August. This will be an opportunity for her to aim for a more satisfying result. August will therefore be a busy month for the young athlete, who will then move on to the U21 World Championships in Silvaplana, where she has her sights set on adding a medal to her already impressive list of achievements.
Chantiers AMEL warmly congratulates her on her performance at the European Championships, and wishes her all the best for the challenges ahead. An athlete to watch closely!
